Our Initial Focus

It is no secret; the world has millions of people going hungry each day, many of whom are stricken with preventable diseases and without the hope, knowledge or opportunity to improve their conditions. In most cases, the governments in these countries lack the resources to make much of a difference. The international community has resources available that could be used to make a real difference; however, often these resources are misused or wasted by government bureaucracy, corruption or mismanagement. SSE will identify specific markets and governments that are willing to partner in delivering a "self-sustaining enterprise" in their country; programs that can be delivered without corruption, mismanagement or waste; programs that are accountable and successful.

MARKET ANALYSIS SUMMARY
Many parts of the world are hungry, uneducated, underdeveloped and without hope. With the proper vision and resources this can change. SSE has created a self-sustaining model that will provide programs in the following areas: food and agriculture, healthcare, education, job training, facility construction and maintenance, and technology transfer.

Many agencies that support and supply resources for these types of programs are looking for better opportunities to apply their resources. These include among others the United Nations; U.S. Departments such as: Agriculture, Commerce, Education, Energy, Health and Human Services, Interior, Justice, Labor, State, Transportation, Treasury; and U.S. Agencies such as: Agency for International Development (AID), EPA, FTC, NASA, National Science Foundation, NOAA, Peace Corps, SBA, and Trade and Development. The problem is not getting resources; the problem is applying these resources successfully in a reliable and repeatable basis. This is where SSE's programs can help.

INITIAL MARKET FOCUS
The initial market focus will be in countries that welcome this type of program and meet the requirements of: (1) providing the willingness to invest in their people, (2) encourage economic competitiveness, and (3) provide a safe, fairly ruled social environment. SSE selected Jos, Nigeria as the first model campus. SSE staff has already visited this location and met with government officials. The program currently being developed outlines the construction and development of staff housing, a boarding school for primary and secondary education, a working farm, a business and occupational training facility, and a food processing plant. The Plateau State government has provided 500+ acres of land at no charge to support this project.

SUBSEQUENT MARKET FOCUS
The power of this program is that it is repeatable in most parts of the world were there are raw materials available to produce marketable products. The simplicity and repeatability of SSE programs allow them to be deployed in any region that can provide resources and willing participants. SSE is has successfully developed partnerships and programs in other areas of Africa, Monterey, Mexico and India. As SSE deploys its project it may be determined that there are economies of scale for SSE to broaden its programs in one region such as Africa. SSE's board will make this determination as projects are completed.

Where there is no hope, there are no dreams! SSE programs will give thousands of people hope to impact their own life, their family's future and the future of their country.
